Spruce up your room with some funky new Mood Lighting

Why not set your room to whatever shade you want, with the all new Mood Light! If you're happy, you can set it nice and bright. If you're feeling down in the dumps, you can set it to a dark colour. All of this comes at the low price of 8 credits. You may be thinking that’s quite a lot, but for what you can do with it, it really isn't! A new ability to Kick and Ban people from your own room!
 

So many Habbos have come up with this idea time and time again, now we've seen the end of their pleas to Habbo Staff. Previously if there was someone flooding your room with stuff like 'OMG SEARCH J25T 4 COOL GAMES, you would simply press the ignore button. Now, providing you don't want the rest of your room to get annoyed and leave, you can 'Kick & Ban' the user from your room. When you click this new button the victim will be sent to hotel view, if they try to return within 15 minutes they will get a popup telling them they are banned. To view the message click the button to the right.


 

You can now host public events from your very own room

How many people are there that throw events on a Monday? Quite a few. Not many people will turn up to these events of their own accord, usually they have to be invited or be told to on radio. Now there is a brand new in-game system which you can advertise your room, for free! All you have to do to get your event advertised is go into the room you want people to come to. There will be a new button (pink star with an ! in), click this an a small window will appear, click 'Host an event' and enter the relevant information, then click create and it will be added to the events list! You can cancel your advertisement by clicking the title of your event under the room's information and then click 'End event'. You can find events by clicking the same star shaped button and choosing the one you want to visit! We have yet another update in the Friend Request department!

The most popular feature so far has to be this. Instead of accepting friend requests from your console you will now get them in a new popup box. If you are a member of the Welcome Group or have been asked if you want a warm welcome from the people in the group, you may know what this popup looks like. You will see a small window showing a small image of the Habbo's head, their name and a tick or cross, for whether you wish to accept them or not. Also, if you click the Habbo's head you will be shown where they are in the room, if they aren't in the room you can see their homepage by opening the friend request via your console.


 

You can now create a link to a 'Group Room' on your group page

Most people who own a group have a room dedicated to it. Now you can let people know about this room, right from your group's page! Simply go to your groups page, click edit, modify settings, Room Settings. You will them be able to choose from a list of your own rooms to set as your group's room. Only the owner of the group can do this.

Receive some sweet Birthday Wishes from Habbo!
 

When you log in to Habbo on your birthday you will see a new popup saying Happy Birthday to you. You do not receive anything from this popup, just some birthday wishes from the Habbo Staff!

A little update for the mean green machine - The Ecotron

This hasn't been updated in a while, has it. Since it was first added to the hotel it has gone unchanged, with the exception of a few big fixes. Within this version Habbo added another piece of furniture to the ecotron - the Moon Lamp! However, it doesn't come cheaply at 60 pieces of furniture.
