Online games are always a good thing to play on the computer or laptop, because they take are minds off what's going on in the real world. I wonder what draws us to the games that we play today. Could it be the graphics, the type of game it is or is it a game that you just want to give ago.

The Last Airbender is a brilliant film which is released in cinemas on August 13th. They've teamed up with Habbo and are giving you the opportunity to win badges and compete with Aang's enemies too!

Just in case you haven't worked it out yet, The Last Airbender is an excellent film which is about Air, Water, Earth and Fire. They are four nations which are tied together. However, the Fire Nation lashes out and begins a brutal and devastating war against the others. It continues for a century and there is no hope in stopping it. Destruction and misery continues, until an extraordinary boy, named Aang (played by Noah Ringer), finds himself in the middle of this chaos. One day, he finds out that he has the power to change and control the Four Elements. Working with friends Katara, a Waterbender, and Sokka, her brother, he embarks on a quest to stop this conflict and will stop at nothing to finish this special task. 

Now you can embark on a quest and choose your favourite element! Will you choose Air, generally peaceful people who use their powers for defensive reasons only? Or how about Water, living by the same principles, but will do anything to stop the Fire people?The Earthbenders are proud and strong of their abilities, using them for industry and defence, too. Or, alternatively - you could pick Fire, people who believe in destruction, under the rule of the Fire Lord. There are some exceptions to the Fire people, but they live mysterious and odd lives...

The HabboID has been complex for many people, however Habbo have now changed it to make it more simplistic with new features!

The HabboID is a set of accounts under one email address to make it simpler for you when logging in. There have been problems with this in the past, such as unable to change account, but not to worry, that has been sorted now with a few of the changes which Habbo have made this morning (or afternoon or evening depending on your time zone).

If you want to manage your accounts whilst signed in already, you need to click your Habbo character which will then allow you to manage your accounts (after clicking the "Manage Accounts" link). This shows many ways to log in to your Habbo account. You can also click the "Editing Signing in Options" which will direct you to the Sign in page.

"What does the 'Signing in' page do exactly?" I hear you cry. It allows you to delete and add authentication methods and merge a unique Habbo ID to the current identity. When you go on the "Authentication Methods" page, there will be buttons to delete them, so there is no point in me expanding on that. However, when adding authentication methods, you need to find the provider and click on it, which will then pop up on the login interface. After this, it will continue to remain on the authentication page, if it has already been merged or is in use, though, it will be made aware to you that this is the case.

If you have created a Habbo account through Google, Facebook etc, you now have the ability to create a Habbo ID. This means you can log in with your ID into whatever website you chose (e.g. Google) rather than the account. This also makes it easier for you if your Facebook account etc has been hacked or suspended. You just need to add a link into the "Your account" section.

Along with the HabboID changes, there have been background changes for summer. When logged in, the background has been changed to several waves, whereas when logged out the image is far more welcoming in the style of a beach, it may also promote the use of the furniture on offer currently.
